With 2022 winding down to a close, already has its eyes set on the festive holidays of early 2023, one being Lunar New Year. So to gear up for the annual tradition, the Swoosh is crafting various sneaker colorways that align with the celebration, one being this Nike Air Force 1 Low "Chinese New Year.". The most striking call-out on these kicks is the soft, white fur that surrounds the Swooshes and heel overlays as it's meant to represent the Year of the Rabbit and nod to those that were born in the years 1915, 1927, 1939, 1951, 1963, 1975, 1987, 1999, 2011 and 2023. Jaded teal accents are used subtly and applied to the "AF1" hits that lie on the lower throat as well as the Nike Air branding that is parked out on the rear. In other news, Nyjah Huston previewed his Nyjah 3 in a new Nike SB Need That video. Each style is designed with a subtle Herringbone pattern. The brands continue their partnership by collaborating with local creatives for a new launch.
