On the morning of December 4, the 2023 Beibei District "Constitution Publicity Week" concentrated publicity and rule of law art exhibition was held at the Main Pier Square of Chaoyang Street. The cheerful dance "Standing on the Grassland Looking at Beijing" kicked off the event. Hu Yong, deputy director of the Standing Committee of the District People's Congress, attended the event and delivered a speech.
