Mycotoxins were detected in Japanese student meals and many students developed symptoms
According to a report by Kyodo News on the 4th, a type of wheat produced in Iwate Prefecture was used in the meals of primary and secondary schools in Kesennuma City, Miyagi Prefecture, Japan. This wheat was found to contain mycotoxins.
